Gastro All-rounder

90% workload, at the mountain restaurant Brüggerstuba of Arosa Bergbahnen AG 
 

The mountain restaurant with sun terrace or winter garden as well as the star bar Garta are the ideal meeting points for all generations. Powerful children and family menus, delicacies from the grill or our star café attract young and old in summer and winter to the middle station of the Arosa-Weisshorn cable car. Your tasks

• Support of the service staff in the restaurant and at the star bar
• Assistance in the kitchen and office including serving food and drinks
• Preparation of hot and cold drinks
• Transport of goods
• Responsible for order in the storage
• Daily preparation and cleaning work including outdoor work such as snow removal 
   

Your profile

• Experience in gastronomy desired but not required
• Good knowledge of German and understanding of Swiss German
• Independent and responsible working
• Willingness to work flexible hours and occasional evening shifts
• Resilience, team player, reliability and keeping calm in stressful situations
• Enjoy experiencing a winter season in the Grisons mountains
