The central marketing department of the group is responsible for all tasks in the areas of communication, digital marketing, social media, print and advertising materials, as well as brand development.

* Have a degree in business administration, marketing, hotel management, or a comparable field
* Can look back on about 5 exciting years of experience in a comparable marketing role
* Move confidently in the world of lifestyle brands and have a keen sense for trends, zeitgeist, and target groups
* Take responsibility, drive topics forward, and do not think in boxes
* See opportunities and turn creative impulses into well-thought-out, visible, and strategic measures, such as impressive employer branding campaigns and brand activations
* Your communication skills make you shine in every interaction, and with your excellent self-organization, you keep an overview of several projects simultaneously
* Communicate confidently in German (C-Level) and English (B2+)
