Your area of impact

Design, control, and implementation of classic organizational development projects to adapt and further develop structure, culture, processes, and role models
Design, organization, and moderation of programs for strategic leadership development
Individual leadership coaching and team development to strengthen leadership skills, self-responsibility, and collaboration
Promotion of cross-departmental collaboration through the design of joint formats and interdisciplinary working methods
Design and organization of cross-departmental and company-wide knowledge and experience transfer formats
Recognizing, initiating, and participating in strategic fields of action in consultation with management
Market observations in the construction and real estate industry and deriving opportunities and risks (customer needs, competitors, strategic partnerships, digitalization)
Management of the continuous improvement process as well as preparation, monitoring, and effectiveness measurement of development measures
Ensuring transparent information flow about development results in all relevant organizational units
Cooperation with HR, IT, management, and other key areas for holistic integration of development, digitalization, and transformation

Your profile

University or university of applied sciences degree
Further education in the fields of timber construction, business administration, leadership, digitalization, or innovation
Several years of professional and leadership experience
Fluent German (spoken and written), French and/or English spoken and written desirable
