Your area of impact
- Design, control, and implementation of classic organizational development projects to adapt and further develop structure, culture, processes, and role models
- Design, organization, and moderation of programs for strategic leadership development
- Individual leadership coaching and team development to strengthen leadership skills, self-responsibility, and collaboration
- Promotion of cross-departmental collaboration through the design of joint formats and interdisciplinary working methods
- Design and organization of cross-departmental and company-wide knowledge and experience transfer formats
- Recognizing, initiating, and participating in strategic fields of action in consultation with management
- Market observations in the construction and real estate industry and deriving opportunities and risks (customer needs, competitors, strategic partnerships, digitalization)
- Management of the continuous improvement process as well as preparation, monitoring, and effectiveness measurement of development measures
- Ensuring transparent information flow about development results in all relevant organizational units
- Cooperation with HR, IT, management, and other key areas for holistic integration of development, digitalization, and transformation
Your profile
- University or university of applied sciences degree
- Further education in the fields of timber construction, business administration, leadership, digitalization, or innovation
- Several years of professional and leadership experience
- Fluent German (spoken and written), French and/or English spoken and written desirable
