• Responsible for assembling our aluminum assemblies based on technical drawings
• Performing varied welding tasks on assemblies up to the complete car body (manual or automatic)
• Manual reworking of welded components
• Successful and uncomplicated collaboration in a team of up to eight people
• Responsibility for compliance with our quality standards  

• Completed basic training as a plant and apparatus builder, metal construction locksmith, or equivalent professional experience
• Experience in the aluminum sector (MIG mandatory / TIG advantageous)
• Quality awareness and enthusiasm for large components
• Willingness to work shifts (early and late shifts, no night shifts)
• Good German skills in spoken and written form, additional languages are an advantage
