The Projects and Engineering department in Billing & Payments is responsible for the strategic development and implementation of the digitization, automation, and modernization of our services and solutions. As a central unit, we accompany projects from conception to successful implementation and drive innovative initiatives throughout the entire Billing & Payments environment. This includes topics such as Instant Payment, SIC, SWIFT, TWINT, Fraud Detection in payment transactions, eBill, and other pioneering technologies. Your tasks

Participate as a Business Engineer in EPICs as the main task and additionally lead a Business Engineering team with 13 employees
Support Business Portfolio Management in creating and maintaining the portfolio roadmap as well as in cross-portfolio capacity planning
Work closely with Product Owners, Release Train Engineers (RTEs), and interdisciplinary teams
Collaborate on the creation of EPIC concepts in close cooperation with product management
Create requirement specifications or create EPICs, stories, and features, UI prototypes
Develop and evaluate solution approaches
Create analyses and develop solutions as well as present them to specialist and management committees

Your profile

University degree in business informatics, business administration, or a comparable field, ideally with further training in project or portfolio management
Experience in Business Engineering in an agile environment (SAFe) and ideally certification in Business Engineering
Experience in leading and motivating interdisciplinary teams
Leadership qualities and the ability to promote an open and innovative team culture
Familiarity with cross-departmental collaboration and complex stakeholder management
Analytical, strategic, and networked thinking
Strong communication skills in the German language
