Tasks

- Encourage and maintain users' independence as much as possible.

Skills
- Complete mandatory schooling with good grades and be at least 18 years old.
- Communicate effectively in German, both verbally and in writing.
- Be empathetic, observant, and a reliable team player.

Your Tasks
- As a care specialist (FaBe), you accompany and support young people, the elderly, and people with disabilities in coping with everyday life
- You promote and maintain the independence of users as much as possible
- You care for adults with disabilities individually or in groups in residential and day facilities
- You assist users in performing everyday tasks such as dressing, washing, brushing teeth, eating and drinking, as well as household chores as independently as possible or take over these tasks for clients who are unable to do so
- You structure the daily routine and leisure time of users meaningfully
- You support users in maintaining contact with family and friends
Your Profile
- You have completed the mandatory school period of 9 years with good performance and have reached adulthood (18 years)
- You can express yourself well orally and in writing in German
- You are interested in working with adults with disabilities
- You are a communicative and reliable person and enjoy working in a team
- You are characterized by empathy and good observational skills
- You have no fears of contact and are an open personality
