Are you the driving force pushing our urban development forward? We look forward to an experienced leadership and specialist who coordinates complex planning processes, leads urban development projects, and collaborates interdisciplinarily with various specialist offices.
Your tasks
- You advise property owners and architectural firms on their project developments.
- Together with your team, you commit to active overall coordination in complex planning processes and thus advance projects purposefully.
- You are responsible for the operational and personnel management of the department.
- Together with your team, you lead urban development projects such as the creation of a high-rise guide.
- You take seats in expert committees and juries and effectively represent the city’s interests.
- You ensure uniform processing and high substantive and procedural quality in the area of design plans.
- You work interdisciplinarily with various specialist offices of the city of Lucerne.
Your profile
- You care deeply about the urban development of the city of Lucerne.
- You have a university or university of applied sciences degree in architecture and/or urban planning.
- You have experience in interdisciplinary planning processes.
- You bring leadership experience to develop and lead a newly established specialist department with energy, professionalism, and joy.
- You are a communicative and team-oriented personality with high social competence who enjoys working with different people and specialist areas.
- You are characterized by good organizational skills as well as confident German language skills in speaking and writing.
