We are a motivated and dynamic team of product and project managers and are looking for YOU as the technical solution link to our development teams.
Your Role
- Co-responsibility for the solution architecture of our overall software solution TAXA for Swiss tax offices and a central role in pre-sales through defining and representing the technical solution design to the customer
- Presentation of the solution and integration into existing IT landscapes as well as representation of the tax area in internal architecture committees
- Leading solution design and coordinating technology and development partners in innovation projects (proof-of-concepts)
- Responsible for the architecture part in tenders of cantonal and municipal tax offices
Your Profile
- At least five years of experience as a solution architect or technical lead in agile software development of complex software solutions with solid customer contact (presales, project presentations), ideally also in the public sector
- Confident appearance in customer discussions, strong presentation skills at the C-level, and the ability to translate technical arguments into sales arguments
- Team player with an open, communicative personality who enjoys developing solutions in small teams and representing them internally and externally
- Analytical, quick to grasp, structured, and solution-oriented with high assertiveness and perseverance
- Very good German and English skills as well as a completed computer science degree or equivalent professional experience
- In-depth knowledge in microservice- and microfrontend-oriented architecture, SaaS, Kubernetes, containers, and related activation systems, as well as experience with technologies such as Java, Quarkus, Kafka, Maven, Hibernate, Liquibase, and PostgreSQL; IAM knowledge (OAuth 2.0 and OpenID) is an advantage
