Your tasks
- Focus on reporting to Group headquarter based in China and ensure reporting requirements from headquarter are fulfilled
- Support with translation of reports and other communications
- Prepare comprehensive monthly reports and conduct thorough analysis of financial results
- Contribute to the preparation of forecasts to provide a clear picture of the financial trajectory
- Present and explain performance KPIs, budgets and forecasts to shareholder and engage in the role-out of Group-wide processes & procedures
- Develop transparent and thorough cost analyses and project insights to enhance operational efficiency
- Undertake ad-hoc analysis, assignments, and business case calculations to address occurring needs
- Financial support of Group projects and management of internal audits from headquarter
- Support Chairman and deputy CEO in finance related manners
- Ensure reporting requirement from shareholder
Your Profile
- Master’s in business administration, Finance, equivalent or higher
- Relevant work experience in a financial function and similar cultural background
- Knowledge in Accounting & Reporting (incl. Chinese standards)
- Proficient in Excel
- Knowledge in SAP, LucaNet and other analysis tools is an advantage
- Strong analytical abilities and diligent worker
- Able to learn new things and quickly adapt to changing requirements
- Fluent in English and Chinese language is a must
