Team Leader Test Management and Test Engineering

Main tasks of the position:

• Leading internal and external test managers as well as test engineers as team lead
• Technical supervisor of the employees in the team
• Implementation and further development of service products in the area of Testing as a Service (TaaS)
• Participation in the evaluation of new partners for service delivery (e.g. test data management)
• Development of employees and organization of training as well as knowledge exchange (Knowledge Days)
• Participation in the preparation of offers for customer projects
• Consulting customers in the development of test strategies, test management and test automation concepts
• Deployment at customers within projects as service manager (TaaS), test manager and test engineer

Your competencies

Must:

• University degree or equivalent education and training in IT
• Training as test manager and tester or corresponding professional experience
• Several years of practical experience in test management and as test engineer (frontend and backend tests, user acceptance tests, load and performance tests, security tests)
• Methodical and practical experience in the field of test automation/scripting
• Very good German and English skills

Should:

• Experience in leading teams
• Knowledge of at least one automation tool, such as SoapUI, TestComplete or similar
• Good knowledge in requirements engineering / business analysis
• Experience in TDD (test-driven development)
• Certifications - ISTQB Advanced Level or comparable training, Scrum (Scrum Master / PO / Developer)
• French language skills are an advantage

Professional experience:
