In our rehabilitation clinic in Baden Freihof, we offer internal medicine and musculoskeletal rehabilitation at a high medical level. Thanks to interdisciplinary collaboration and the excellent professional expertise of the treatment teams, we tailor our efficient therapy programs individually to the needs of our patients.

Your main tasks

• Leadership: You take over the administrative and organizational leadership of the inpatient and outpatient therapy staff at the Baden Freihof location and the outpatient center.
• Management team: You are part of the management team of the Baden Freihof rehabilitation clinic and contribute significantly to the further development of the location.
• Consultation and guidance: You take over the instruction and guidance of the therapy staff for professional care of our patients.
• Interdisciplinary collaboration: You promote the exchange between therapy, nursing, and medical service. Your expertise actively contributes to the exchange and significantly supports successful rehabilitation.
• Patient-oriented care: You take over the assessment, treatment, clarification, and documentation of inpatient patients.
• Therapies: You occasionally conduct individual and group therapies for our inpatient and outpatient patients.

Requirements

• Education: Completed training as a physiotherapist or equivalent training with SRK recognition (at least PreCheck). Preferably with an existing professional practice permit (BAB).
• Experience: You have experience in treating musculoskeletal patients and want to develop professionally and technically.
• Personality: You have teamwork skills and enjoy interdisciplinary collaboration.
