Expansion Manager Switzerland (m/f/d)

• Completed business administration studies or equivalent commercial training with appropriate further education
• Several years of professional experience in the field of expansion, preferably in retail
• Confident appearance and negotiation skills
• Very good knowledge of Swiss real estate and tenancy law
• Analytical and strategic thinking skills
• Independent, structured and goal-oriented way of working
• High willingness to travel within Switzerland
• Very good German skills, as well as good French skills are mandatory

• Independent implementation of the expansion strategy in Switzerland taking into account the company goals and local market conditions
• Active search, examination and selection of potential new locations with regard to profitability, customer frequency and strategic location
• Conducting sound location, market and competitor analyses to assess expansion opportunities and risks
• Preparation of profitability calculations, investment analyses and decision templates for management
• Contract negotiations with owners, project developers, brokers and investors up to contract conclusion
• Coordination with internal specialist departments and in-house architects
• Maintenance and expansion of a network of relevant partners in the real estate and retail environment
• Continuous analysis and optimization of the existing branch network in terms of performance, location and profitability
