• independent management of the business in the absence of the managing director 
• active work at the front 
• a la carte lunch and dinner service 
• assistance in managing permanent employees and several temporary staff 
• assistance in creating duty rosters and monitoring hours 
• various administrative tasks 

• student or graduate of a Swiss hotel management school or first leadership experience 
• flexibility, enthusiasm, and teamwork skills 
• can-do attitude with joy in work 
• very good German and English skills
