The pastoral unit Gäbris is expanding its youth work – focusing on the parishes of Teufen, Bühler, Stein, and Gais.
Youth Worker (50-70%)
Your tasks
- You lead and design the confirmation path – creatively, realistically, and on equal footing
- You develop projects for upper secondary students that truly resonate
- You further develop open youth work and bring in new impulses
- You accompany and network young adults (18–25 years)
- You are part of our pastoral team and actively shape the pastoral unit
- Optional: Taking over religious education, depending on interest and qualification
What you bring
- Recognized competencies in youth work, social work, social pedagogy, RPI, or a related field, or the willingness to acquire this alongside your job
- Enthusiasm for working with adolescents and young adults
- Initiative, creativity, and organizational talent
- Good Microsoft Office and social media skills
- Team spirit and joy in interdisciplinary collaboration
- Openness to church values and willingness to convey them in a contemporary manner
