Your tasks
Administration (60%)
- Support of the church community secretariat together with a colleague, working days Tuesday to Thursday (mail, telephone, email traffic, address directory changes, filing, display cases)
- Administrative tasks within the framework of organizing the church year
- Creation and design of flyers, advertisements, posters, and cards
- Preparation of content for various communication channels
- Collaboration in mass mailings and flyer printing orders
- Editing and designing the district's section of the monthly magazine reformiert.lokal in collaboration with the team leader and the editorial team
- Co-designing communication in Church District Eleven
Your profile
- Commercial training and several years of professional experience in comparable positions
- Confident German language skills in spoken and written form
- Very good Microsoft Office user skills
- If interested in communication tasks, very good knowledge of InDesign and Photoshop
- Initiative personality with joy in dealing with people
- Careful and reliable working style
- Willingness to occasionally work on weekends or evenings
- Christian basic attitude and identification with church work
