- Background as an electrical systems technician or similar; project management experience preferred.
- Proficient in project planning and team leadership.
- Familiarity with CAD systems and strong IT affinity.

This is your area of responsibility- Management of multiple projects from the offer preparation through material procurement and personnel deployment planning to billing and handover to the customer
- Leadership of the subordinate employees
- Acquisition of follow-up or additional orders
- Cost, schedule, and quality control
- Basic training as a switchgear or automation fitter or automation technician EFZ; further training as a switchgear project manager is an advantage
- Experience in planning switchgear and controls as well as enjoyment of personnel management
- Experience in the use of CAD systems as well as IT affinity
- Initiative, team-oriented and committed personality
