• Overall responsibility for the professional, personnel, and organizational management of the nursing department of adolescent psychiatry
• Active participation in the interprofessional department management as well as close and constructive collaboration with all professional groups
• Further development and implementation of modern, evidence-based nursing concepts
• Ensuring high nursing quality and patient safety
• Design and management of training and continuing education offerings
• Leadership of professional and interprofessional projects as well as working groups
• Building and maintaining a professional network to promote innovation and knowledge transfer

Profile

• Completed nursing training (HF/FH) as well as further education in leadership/management
• Several years of leadership and professional experience in child and adolescent psychiatry / psychiatry
• Strong social, leadership, and communication skills
• Strategic thinking as well as a structured and solution-oriented way of working
• High motivation to actively shape change processes
