Your Mission

You are the central interface for our international goods flow. Import, export, contract negotiations – everything runs through your hands. But your real impact lies in digitally transforming our supply chain. You design the implementation of our new ERP system, conduct data migrations, and define the processes that will support our global growth.

In short: You ensure that Megasol remains a benchmark in logistics & digitalization.

Your Tasks, Responsibilities, and Competencies

• You negotiate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and transport companies - including new and renegotiations of contracts
• ERP transformation: Implementation of the new ERP system, management of data migration, definition & optimization of new processes
• Driving digitalization: Evaluation and introduction of tools for automation and digitalization of transport and export processes
• Managing goods flow: Ensuring smooth import/export processes including customs, compliance, and timely deliveries
• Interface function: Close collaboration with purchasing, IT, sales, and management

Your Profile and Your Skills

Professional Qualifications

• Proven success in import/export, supply chain, or freight forwarding
• High digital affinity and experience with ERP systems (implementation/optimization is an advantage)
• Strength in negotiations - you combine numerical understanding with assertiveness
• Fluent in German and English, additional languages are a plus
• Very good communication skills in German, ideally English knowledge
