What to expect
Your main task is managing accounts receivable including dunning. You create invoices, monitor incoming payments, and ensure everything runs smoothly. Together with our general ledger accounting, you manage bank accounts and prepare monthly reconciliations. Additionally, you maintain the central business partner data (accounts receivable and accounts payable) in collaboration and are responsible for the SAP SD module. You actively contribute to its further development and support the entire team beyond your main tasks.
What you bring
For this versatile and varied position, you bring a completed commercial apprenticeship or a comparable qualification as well as practical experience in the mentioned areas. You are confident in using common MS Office programs, ideally already have SAP S/4HANA knowledge, and enjoy tackling accounting tasks. Furthermore, you can communicate well in English. As an open, communicative, and team-oriented personality, you convince through reliability, quick comprehension, as well as a precise, efficient, and independent working style.
