Recruitment Coordinator 80 - 100%Correctional Services and Reintegration (JuWe) is part of the Directorate of Justice and the Interior of the Canton of Zurich and is responsible for penal and measure enforcement as well as the implementation of various types of detention. For our 1,400 employees from around 40 professions, the successful social reintegration of offenders and the prevention of recidivism are of particular importance.

As a Recruitment Coordinator, you ensure that our recruiting works professionally, efficiently, and reliably in the background. You are a central administrative hub in the recruitment process and support our Recruitment & Assessment team with organizational talent, accuracy, and overview.
Your tasks
- You take over the administrative handling of the entire recruiting process: from job posting to hiring
- You create and publish job advertisements, manage applications in the applicant management system, and ensure seamless documentation
- You prepare employment documents and ensure timely processing
- You support the Recruitment & Assessment management with administrative tasks, statistical evaluations, and selected tasks in the area of Talent Acquisition
- You participate in the further development of administrative processes, templates, and tools
- You ensure professional, friendly, and service-oriented candidate communication
Your profile
- You have a commercial education and the HR Assistant or HR Clerk certificate
- Ideally, you bring professional experience in an administrative function, preferably in HR or recruiting
- You work very structured, precise, and reliably and keep an overview even with many parallel tasks
- You enjoy administrative activities and clear processes
- You are IT-savvy and confident with MS Office and ideally with applicant management systems
- You have very good German skills in spoken and written form
- You are a service-oriented, discreet, and team-capable personality
