Tasks
- Leadership of the Police Station Altdorf team
- Responsible for service organization and operational tasks
- Personnel management, promotion, and qualification of directly subordinate employees
- Co-responsible for achieving corps and department goals with the team
- Participation or leadership of working groups / expert committees
- Networking with other services, partner organizations, and municipalities as well as coordination of community policing tasks in the Altdorf area
- Performs deployments, including on-call duty
- Assumption of community policing tasks in the Altdorf area
- Assumption of additional tasks within the readiness and traffic police
- Recognizing innovations and promoting process optimization
Expectations
- Completed training as a police officer with several years of professional and practical experience
- Successfully completed leadership training FLG I or willingness to complete it as part of the activity
- Solid leadership fundamentals combined with high planning and coordination competence
- Resilience, interpersonal skills, and structured time management
- Proficient in handling standard IT programs and police specialist applications for efficient work processes
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form as well as additional oral foreign language skills are an advantage
- Confident, well-groomed, and exemplary appearance
