Returns Team Leader (a)

Your daily routine

• You actively lead employees along the relevant KPIs (productivity, quality, attendance, process compliance) and proactively manage team performance.
• You conduct regular performance checks, quality controls and process observations and document the results.
• You take full responsibility for achieving daily, weekly and monthly targets in your own area.
• You use key figures, reports and operational dashboards to identify deviations and derive concrete improvement measures.

Your talent

• You have a very good understanding of processes and operational KPI management.
• You possess the ability to interpret key figures, recognise deviations and implement effective measures.
• You are characterised by a high sense of responsibility and a strong results orientation.
• You have good German language skills.
