We are currently looking to fill a position of:
Junior Accountant
(100%)
Within our Finance & Accounting team, you will be responsible for the accounts payable of the Swiss entity and certain subsidiaries, preparing and entering supplier payments, and providing support to the group accounting.
Your responsibilities:
- Monitoring Swiss debtors (French and German-speaking), responsible for customer reminders, maintaining the AR balance.
- Entering supplier invoices and matching payments.
- Managing logistics and service supplier invoices. (Receipt, approval & accounting).
- Daily reconciliation and posting of bank account entries.
- Managing expense reports.
- Weekly preparation of payments.
- Assisting with the group’s general accounting and entering fixed assets.
Your profile
- Apprenticeship as a commercial employee, holding a Federal Accounting Certificate would be a plus
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a general accountant, preferably in the medical field would be a plus
- Good command of common IT tools (especially Excel) and ERP operation, knowledge of Proconcept would be a plus
- Versatile and autonomous
- Dynamic and rigorous person, perfectly comfortable working cross-functionally with various interlocutors
- Reliability, integrity, and a positive attitude
- You speak and write French and German (ideally Swiss German), English would be a plus.
