Tasks
ARE YOU READY?
- Co-management in the area of Vocational Preparation Practice and Integration (BPI) with 15 classes and about 50 employees
- Member of the management team of the Bridges and Integration Department, representing the BPI area in internal and external committees as well as projects
- Responsibility for individual external locations and close cooperation with the respective site coordination
- Teaching in the BPI area as a supplement to the co-management function (see advertised BPI position)
Requirements
WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU
- Leadership experience with appropriate training and further education in educational institutions
- Teaching diploma at secondary level I and/or secondary level II or completed training as a vocational school teacher as well as specific knowledge of bridge programs
- Experience in project management
- Independent and responsible personality with convincing communication skills, enthusiasm, and humor
- Enjoy working with people and in a team
- Innovative and open attitude
- Good self-management, organizational skills, resilience
