The City of Aarau operates two nursing homes with modern infrastructure and customer-friendly services. For the Golatti nursing home, we are looking for a person as of July 1, 2026, or by agreement

As Co-Unit Manager, you implement the professional concepts of the municipal nursing homes in everyday life. You take on leadership for nursing and care and, in collaboration with the nursing development specialist and the Advanced Practice Nursing expert, ensure long-term quality assurance. You lead and promote the employees and support the trainers in fulfilling the educational mandate. Your leadership, nursing, and care understanding is characterized by appreciation and respect. You consider the leadership principles and the nursing mission statement of the nursing home department as central.

You bring a tertiary-level professional qualification and have leadership experience (completed leadership training or willingness to complete such training). You are proficient in using Office, RAI LTCF, ePDoc, PEP, etc. You bring high social competence and enjoy interdisciplinary collaboration. Furthermore, you have knowledge in the application of kinesthetics and in the areas of geronto- and milieu therapy. You are distinguished by your resilience, flexibility, and loyalty.
