You work in the Zurich region (city and surroundings) with a home base in Schlieren
This is what the position offers you
- With the V-ZUG service bus, you visit our customers daily and repair and maintain our household appliances in the kitchen or laundry area
- During comprehensive training at our headquarters in Zug, you acquire in-depth product knowledge that not only gives you advantages but is also the key to professionally advising our customers. You clarify all details regarding replacement options as well as placement, assembly, installation, and connection
- You not only share your knowledge about the functions of our devices but also provide valuable practical tips for operation and maintenance to our customers
- You create precise cost estimates, replacement offers, and reports on your assignments
- By independently organizing spare materials and tools, you ensure optimal preparation for your service rounds
This is what you bring to the position
- After completing your vocational training (EFZ or EBA), you ideally have good electrical engineering knowledge and several years of professional experience, perhaps even in a service environment
- Ideally, you already have the permit according to NIV Art. 15. If not, you are motivated to complete the required further training – this is offered by V-ZUG – and subsequently take the exam
- With your craftsmanship knowledge and your enjoyment of customer contact, you succeed in providing our customers with the optimal solution for their needs
- You enjoy working independently, always keep an overview, and act responsibly and with quality awareness
- You are physically fit and ready to tackle physically demanding tasks
- You are proficient in the German language to ensure clear and effective communication
