Tasks
- Lead night hotel and front-office operations, ensuring smooth check-in/out.
- Support guests and ensure their satisfaction during their stay.
- Train and manage team performance for efficient front-office activities.
Skills
- Experience in night shifts at a similar hotel required; hospitality education preferred.
- Reliable and responsible personality; must be a team player.
- Fluency in German and English; other languages are a plus.

- Management of nightly hotel and front office activities such as check-in and check-out of our international hotel guests
- Support and care of guests as well as ensuring their satisfaction
- Compliance with all front office policies, procedures, and standards
- Training, development, and management of the performance of directly supervised employees to ensure the efficient operation of front office activities
- Responsibility for safety in the house (in coordination with the security service)
- Handling all customer complaints that occur during the night to ensure their satisfaction and proper documentation
- Daily closing of the guest accounting system and creation of various reports
- Professional experience in night shifts in a comparable hotel operation
- Completed training in the hotel industry is desirable
- Reliable and responsible personality
- Team player and host by passion
- Excellent German and English skills in spoken and written form (additional foreign languages are an advantage)
