Internal Audit Manager (Trade, Industries and Services)

• Lead internal audit teams and carry out internal audits from planning to reporting at clients in Switzerland or abroad.
• Leverage technology, identify new trends, take up current topics and advise our clients to help them better manage risks, optimising their business processes and internal controls.
• Lead the planning and execution of engagements; you are hands-on, working.
• Continuously develop your technical know-how and your soft skills through on-and-off-the-job training and acquire in-depth knowledge of a wide range of industries.
• Actively coach your team members and motivate them to contribute ideas and discover clients' needs.

• Have a university degree with a focus on Business Administration, Risk Management, Compliance and/or Internal Audit.
• More than 5 years of professional experience in Internal Audit and are a Certified Internal Auditor; experience in the Pharma/Life Science industry and/or with industrial companies is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a flair for business development and you enjoy working in a team and customer-oriented environment.
• Experience in leadership and coaching of employees.
• High willingness to learn and develop professionally and personally.
• Excellent German and English communication skills.
