• Support of the restaurant management team
• Participation in leading and promoting a team of about 40 employees
• Independent management of individual shifts
• Assistance and support in service
• Conducting internal training sessions
• Close communication and coordination with other departments in the hotel
• Business-minded thinking & acting

• Several years of experience as Chef de Rang in this hotel category
• Hospitality qualities & a sense for service excellence with solid wine knowledge
• Enjoyment in dealing with people & love for the profession
• Professional appearance & resilience
• Organizational talent & a motivating approach to employees
• Well-groomed appearance
• Very good German & English skills, additional languages are an advantage
