- You take overall responsibility for the Business & Events department and lead your team with passion
- You ensure optimal utilization of our seminar and banquet rooms and further develop pricing and occupancy strategies
- You advise our major clients on the execution of VIP events at the hotel – from organization to infrastructure and technology to catering
- You manage the reservation systems as well as work and information lists efficiently and purposefully
- You lead coordination meetings and ensure smooth collaboration between all areas
This is what you bring with you
- Completed training/studies in hotel management, event or business management
- Several years of experience in event or seminar organization as well as in a leadership role
- Organizational talent with a structured and solution-oriented working style
- Strong communication and consulting skills in dealing with demanding clients
- Very good language skills in German, French, and English
- High commitment, flexibility, and joy in driving new things

Our stylish and extraordinary seminar and event hotel in Horgen on Lake Zurich has a unique ambiance spread over four buildings. It has 40 hotel rooms and 19 seminar rooms as well as an event hall for 200 people, 2 restaurants, and other indoor and outdoor options. The hotel, owned by a Swiss major bank, is located in a large park, embedded with unique artworks, in nature yet close to the city.

It has 40 hotel rooms and 19 seminar rooms as well as an event hall for 200 people, 2 restaurants, and other indoor and outdoor options. The hotel, owned by a Swiss major bank, is located in a large park, embedded with unique artworks, in nature yet close to the city. Our demanding guests enjoy international dishes with seasonal accents as well as the charm and professionalism of our employees.
You work in a 7-day operation, depending on the duty roster.
