To complement our "Internal Sales Plica Germany" team, we are looking for an experienced and proactive personality who shares our commitment to innovation and quality.

• Territory responsibility for the sales area Germany in close cooperation with the responsible field sales representative
• Support of the field sales representative in the entire sales process, from inquiry to delivery and handling of necessary correspondence
• Active sales in the sales area through telephone consultation, email correspondence, and management of the online shop
• Follow-up on offers by phone and cold calling
• Support of the field sales representative in visit planning and occasional accompaniment on customer visits
• Conducting commercial and technical clarifications with the Plica procurement team
• Receiving, processing, and resolving complaints
• Maintaining master data and managing the CRM system
• Participation in customer projects
• Assistance and participation in trade fairs

• Completed commercial basic training
• At least 5 years of experience in internal sales, ideally in our industry
• Very good oral and written communication skills in German as well as confident English skills
• Independent, committed, and team-oriented personality with professional appearance and high customer orientation
• Structured and precise way of working
• Experienced in handling MS Office and ERP systems
