Attentive and competent. We are a private clinic for psychosomatics, psychiatry, and psychotherapy with around 100 beds and a psychotherapeutic day clinic in a central location in Rheinfelden, as well as two outpatient clinics in Rheinfelden and Aarau. The focus of our treatments is on individual and group psychotherapy. We create the therapeutic environment in an interprofessional team, resource-oriented, incorporating body and creative therapeutic offerings. We attach great importance to somatic and psychosocial aspects.
For the creation of therapist and patient appointment schedules, we are looking for a
Staff / Staff Appointment Coordination (40%) starting September 1, 2025, or by agreement.
Our main task is processing planning information for nearly 120 patients and over 120 therapists (doctors, psychologists, physiotherapists, and specialized therapists). You will plan all treatment appointments and sessions for one department over four half-days a week, according to the established rules.
We expect a strong interest in working with our POLYPOINT appointment and personnel planning software, as well as great endurance in both independent work and close collaboration within the team. You have experience in implementing complex planning requirements and possess well-developed skills in using Microsoft Outlook. Several years of experience in administrative activities in healthcare is an advantage. You demonstrate skill when creative solutions are required and can be enthusiastic about the systematics and methodology of planning systems.

For our department for psychotherapy in the second half of life (44+) and psycho-oncology, we are looking for a
Federally recognized psychotherapist (70%) starting September 1, 2025, or by agreement.
We wish for a communicative and flexible personality who enjoys interprofessional collaboration. You have a degree in psychology and a recognized psychotherapeutic training in Switzerland or are close to completing it. Additionally, you bring clinical experience in working with older adults. Experience in psycho-oncology is an advantage.
Your diverse tasks include individual psychotherapies, possibly also group psychotherapies, as well as the diagnostic clarification of our patients, considering their private and professional environment. Furthermore, you will take over case management with individual therapy planning within an interprofessional treatment team.

The Schützen Clinic Rheinfelden is a private clinic for psychosomatics, psychiatry, and psychotherapy recognized by health insurance companies, with 100 beds, a day clinic with 24 places, and one outpatient clinic each in Rheinfelden and Aarau. The inpatient departments are integrated into the hotels of Schützen Rheinfelden AG.
The clinic specializes in the treatment of adults with conditions such as depression, anxiety disorders, trauma-related disorders, psychosomatic oncology, somatoform and pain disorders, eating disorders, and personality disorders.
Psychology Internship 2026/2027
All internships last at least 3 months at a workload of 100% and relate to the inpatient departments and the psychotherapeutic day clinic in Rheinfelden.
