We are looking for a certified nursing specialist HF/FH starting January 1, 2026, or by arrangement

Your tasks

• You care for people with psychiatric illnesses and implement the nursing process based on the primary caregiver system
• You actively participate in the interdisciplinary treatment of our patients
• You support our central education team in training apprentices (FaGe) and students (HF/FH)
• You work in a lean-oriented work environment

Your profile

• You are a certified nursing specialist HF/FH or hold an equivalent diploma with SRK recognition and have professional experience in psychiatric nursing
• You appreciate a dynamic and evolving work environment and enjoy helping to shape it
• You have a differentiated way of thinking and self-reflection and are characterized by pronounced social and communication skills
• In contact with our patients, you always show calmness, patience, and service orientation
• You value constructive interdisciplinary collaboration, enjoy process-oriented work, and are interested in psychotherapeutic concepts
