This is what you will do:
- You take responsibility for managing a portfolio of residential and mixed-use properties
- This includes ensuring regular and extraordinary property maintenance, scheduling and conducting property inspections as well as handovers
- You maintain contact with property owners, tenants, caretakers, craftsmen, and authorities
- Negotiating and drafting commercial lease agreements as well as the annual budget are also part of your responsibilities
- To meet all these tasks, you can count on support from team members in technical management and leasing as well as from administration and caretaking, which you supervise
- At the "Living" location, you also take care of the personal support of customers on site together with your team

- You have a commercial basic education as well as a professional certificate in property management (or are in training). In addition, you bring several years of professional experience in this field
- You skillfully apply digital affinity and solid PC and software knowledge daily when working with various systems
