Your Role
We are seeking a highly organised, student-focused Learning Support Access Arrangement Manager to join our Middle School (Grades 6–10), for next school year 2026-2027. This is a key operational and relational role that ensures students entitled to assessment access arrangements can access them consistently and confidently.
This full-time Teaching Assistant level position is ideal for someone who is calm under pressure, proactive, and passionate about supporting inclusive learning environments.
The role centralises and manages all access arrangements, runs the Learning Support Assessment Center, and collaborates closely with Learning Support and Subject Teachers.
What makes you our ideal Candidate
- Solid experience working with students in a school or youth environment
- Understanding of common learning needs (e.g., dyslexia, ADHD, executive functioning challenges)
- Familiarity with Access Arrangements and inclusive assessment practices
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple schedules with accuracy
- Confidence using digital tools (Excel, Google Sheets) to track information and workflows
- Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with students, teachers, and families
- Patient, flexible, empathetic, and relationship-focused
- Inclusive mindset aligned with ICS values
- Living in the Zurich area is an asset
- Fluency in English; German or additional languages an advantage
