Your Skills and Talents
- You have a bachelor's or master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Physics, Engineering, or a comparable field of study.
- You have at least 2 years of experience as an ML Engineer / Data Scientist with a clear track record of generating measurable business value from Data Science and AI applications
- You bring at least 3 years of professional software engineering experience
- You have professional experience in using multi-agent architectures, Model Context Protocol (MCP), and Agent2Agent Protocol (A2A) to structurally automate and make our claims processes in legal protection insurance more efficient
- You have experience with context engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), improving retrieval quality, benchmarking, and evaluation of AI components
- You have solid experience with the components of our tech stack or are ready to quickly familiarize yourself with them (GCP, Python, REST APIs, Microservices, LangChain/LangGraph, pgvector, Google BigQuery, Serverless, Terraform, GitHub Actions, and more)
- You are familiar with software engineering best practices and enjoy working with cloud infrastructure (Google Cloud Platform) and the architecture of cloud-native applications
- In your career so far, you have gained experience in business analysis, solution design, and implementation
- You speak fluent German and English (B2)
