Electrician EFZ for Exciting Company
Activities
- Ensuring the reliable operation and maintenance of electrical systems and network infrastructure in the site network
- Coordination and supervision of maintenance and renewal projects in the specialist areas of electrical, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, sanitary and electrical (HVACSE)
- Planning, monitoring and documentation of periodic inspections according to legal requirements (NIV, ESTI, etc.)
- Support in the analysis, troubleshooting and optimization of existing

- Leading or participating in interdisciplinary projects in the field of building technology
- Ensuring compliance with safety and quality requirements
- Participation in budgeting, offer processing and project accounting
Requirements
- Completed basic training in the electrical field (Electrician EFZ, Electrical Planner EFZ)
- Further training in electrical engineering, building technology or project management (e.g. Electrical Project Manager Installation and Safety, Project Manager Building Technology) is an advantage
- Several years of professional experience in building technology, preferably in the areas of HVACSE and site network operation
- Sound knowledge in operation, maintenance and
- Inspections of electrical systems
- Experience in planning and managing projects
- Good knowledge of relevant standards and regulations (NIN, NIV, ESTI, etc.)
- Proficient IT user skills (MS Office, SAP,
- CAFM systems, or comparable tools)
- Very good German language skills
