What you do with us
- You are the first contact person for our customers – by phone and email – and ensure friendly, solution-oriented support.
- You plan, coordinate, and confirm customer appointments as well as construction site and employee deployments in close coordination with the team.
- You maintain and manage customer data, offers (quotations), and invoices in our CRM system PiSA.
- You support dunning as well as debtor/open item control.
- You take on administrative tasks and handle correspondence reliably and in a structured manner.
- You participate in projects, process optimizations, and special tasks in daily business.
What we expect from you
- Experience - in internal service, office management, or assistance area.
- Methodical skills - very good organizational skills.
- Social skills - friendly demeanor and service orientation.
- Communication strength - very good German skills, including Swiss German.
- Technical know-how - confident handling of MS Office and digital tools.
- Responsibility - an independent working style and flexibility.
