where, as an Assistant Store Manager*

you take over the management of a Starbucks Coffeehouse in the absence of the Store Manager
you positively recognize the team for outstanding performance and offer empowering coaching
in collaboration with the Store Manager, you are responsible for recruiting, training, supporting, and promoting your partners
you set the daily and weekly personnel requirements (scheduling)
together with the Store Manager, you take responsibility for the entire purchasing and presentation of our products in the store

where, as an Assistant Store Manager*, you are also (about 80%) active in the operational area and

offer all customers high-quality drinks and products while adhering to all recipe, presentation, as well as health, safety, and cleanliness standards
provide all customers with legendary service and build a connection with them at the first encounter
approach all our customers with clear and pleasant communication and respond to their customer needs
ensure a clean and organized workplace and store
