Your Main Tasks
We are a dedicated team of experienced stoma and continence counselors who independently provide both outpatient and inpatient care and counseling in the field of stomas and continence.
Our team consists of specialists and nursing experts who approach all topics related to stoma and continence counseling with a lot of humor, passion, and expertise.
In our daily work, we maintain close interprofessional collaboration with internal and external partners – including nutritionists, physiotherapists, as well as medical and nursing professionals from various clinics.
We support, advise, and accompany patients and their relatives in dealing with all types of stomas, fistulas, as well as bowel and bladder continence problems. In addition, we coach nursing staff in the wards and intensive care units in stoma and continence care and regularly conduct internal and external training and further education.
Your Profile
We are looking for a motivated individual who enjoys a responsible and versatile role.
You bring the following:
- A completed training as a certified nurse HF / FH with at least two years of professional experience
- A postgraduate course in stoma, continence, and wound care and/or qualification as a urotherapist – or the willingness to complete appropriate further training promptly
- Practical experience in stoma and continence care
- An independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style as well as strong organizational and communication skills
