In this versatile service role, you and your team are responsible for the professional organizational and administrative support of projects for door and gate systems. You process offers and orders in German and French, conduct clarifications, and help ensure implementation, quality, deadlines, and costs are met.
Your area of responsibility
- Processing offers and tenders
- Fully processing orders and order supplements
- Conducting negotiations with suppliers
- Supporting colleagues in field sales
- Providing information and technical advice by phone and in writing
Your profile
- Successfully completed basic technical training at EFZ level with professional experience in administration, or equivalent commercial training with pronounced experience in the technical field
- Knowledge of the construction or construction-related industry as well as experience in reading construction plans
- French or German as a native language with good knowledge of the other language at B2 level
- IT user skills (MS Office) and ideally SAP experience
- Team-oriented, entrepreneurial thinking and acting, communicative, resilient, and good self-organization
