About the job

Your Tasks

• Leadership: You lead a case management team of 5-6 people. You are responsible for customer processes as well as ensuring quality in case processing. Presenting services to customers is also part of the versatile job.
• Reintegration: Within the framework of case management, you proactively and consultatively support the sick/injured person with your reintegration expertise
• Planning: You are responsible for developing and ensuring the implementation of the reintegration plan and coordinate it and the necessary measures with the affected person and the involved parties
• Interdisciplinary Collaboration: For professional reintegration, you coordinate various stakeholders such as supervisors, HR managers, treating doctors, therapists, social insurers, and if applicable, legal representatives
• Coordination: Organize and lead roundtable discussions with various professionals to ensure a holistic assessment and goal-oriented decisions

Your Profile

• Further Education: Completed CAS training in Case Management / Reintegration Management or comparable further education
• Experience: You bring proven experience in case management with a focus on professional reintegration, leadership experience is an advantage
• Knowledge: Good knowledge of social insurance and labor law
• Personality: You have a confident, winning appearance, pronounced consulting competence as well as strong communication skills and conflict ability. In addition, you are characterized by good self-management, a structured way of working as well as flexibility and willingness to travel.
• Languages: Very good German skills in spoken and written, case management competence in a foreign language is an advantage
