Your tasks in detail
- Leading and promoting your team in professional and personnel matters
- Ensuring high customer satisfaction as well as monitoring & compliance with our quality standards
- Independent management of an exciting real estate portfolio with commercial properties
- Monitoring and ensuring management activities for the responsible major clients within the team
- Representing the ownership towards tenants, authorities, and craftsmen
- Advising ownership on legal and structural matters, maintaining owner contacts
Your profile
- A commercial qualification with a real estate management certificate and several years of frontline experience in property management is mandatory
- You are aware of the importance of your leadership role and naturally embody reliability, commitment, and clarity
- You use your leadership skills with conviction and personally shape the successful development of Privera, therefore leadership experience is desired
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form
