- Care & support of our residents according to care guidelines
- Proper application of medications & medical techniques
- Maintain care documentation & care needs in CareCoach / RAI
- Take daily responsibility & coach the team
- Professionally handle concerns of residents and relatives
- Participate in quality management & training of apprentices
