With around 90 employees, we supply over 35,000 residents in the municipalities of Zollikon, Küsnacht, and Erlenbach in the areas of electricity, water, gas, district heating, and digital networks for internet, TV, and telephone. We also operate an electrical specialty store in Küsnacht.

To strengthen our finance team, we are looking for a committed individual as

Finance Specialist 80 – 100%

In this versatile role, you combine classic tasks in finance and accounting with responsibility for time and performance recording. You work closely with various departments and make an important contribution to smooth administrative and financial processes.

Your tasks:

• Independent execution of billing in finance and accounting
• Support in accounts payable and accounts receivable accounting
• Opening and maintenance of master data and projects in Abacus
• Control and ensure correct and timely time and performance recording in cooperation with the specialist departments
• Contact person for employees and supervisors including training and support
• Participation in the further development and optimization of processes
• Support in the maintenance and further development of the Abacus system
• Participation in projects as well as taking over subprojects in the area of digitalization and system optimization

Your profile:

• Commercial basic training with solid knowledge in finance and accounting
• Experience in accounting and ideally in project management (Abacus)
• Abacus experience is an advantage
• Good MS Office skills
• Interest in digital processes and the further development of systems
• Independent, structured, and careful way of working
• High discretion and sense of responsibility in handling sensitive data
• Enjoy working with different areas
• Team-oriented, reliable, and eager to learn personality
