- A Voluntary Social Year in nursing offers you diverse opportunities to support medical professionals and be an additional helping hand in everyday clinical life
- You gain insights into the varied daily routine of our hospital and get to know nursing processes and tasks
- You develop a sense of what a person in need requires
- You learn to handle challenging situations and strengthen your resilience
- You receive a monthly allowance of 398.00 euros as well as a subsidy for meals in the form of a replacement benefit amounting to 50.00 euros
- You are entitled to 30 days of vacation for the full calendar year, which is calculated according to the employment periods for full months
Your activities during the Voluntary Social Year include:
- Service tasks (e.g., distribution of food and drinks)
- Accompanying patients to examinations
- Running errands as well as pick-up and delivery services
- Insights into nursing and medical processes
- Support in organizing the ward's daily routine
- Assisting nursing staff with simple nursing tasks

- You are at least 15 years old and at most 25 years old
- You have good language skills
