Your activities

to process written requests received by e-mail or via our e-banking portal
to record, verify and independently process customer requests and open accounts online
to carry out clarifications by phone with customers, especially on compliance-related issues
to help flexibly in other communication channels, as needed

You have

a basic commercial training or equivalent professional experience, ideally in the financial sector
very good knowledge of French spoken and written and, ideally, good knowledge of German
great flexibility to change communication channels depending on the situation and to intervene in different areas of activity
an affinity for digital technologies, a precise working method and the ability to set priorities and ensure a high level of quality, even under heavy workload
