Your main tasks
- Responsible for the professional, structured maintenance of our technically demanding electrical systems, devices, and lighting control as well as the general electrical installations in the hospital environment
- Independent planning, organization, and coordination of inspection, maintenance, and repair measures in daily business, including supervision and support of external service providers
- Responsibility for the implementation of assigned orders and projects. You support / advise the planning implementation of construction projects and accompany the corresponding work
- Ensuring compliance with applicable standards, legal regulations, as well as internal guidelines and processes of the USZ
- After the intensive training period, you will later be assigned specific systems in the function of "system manager"
- Taking over deployment services (night and weekend shifts, 12-hour shifts) as well as on-call duty for the electrical workshop after the introduction
Your profile
- Qualification as an electrician EFZ with at least 5 years of professional experience, preferably in maintenance or in a 24/7 operation
- Specialized further training/specializations in the field of maintenance and electrical engineering are an advantage (e.g., maintenance specialist, etc.)
- Strong communication skills, resilience as well as high social competence and service orientation
- Good IT skills (MS Office, maintenance software) as well as organizational talent
- Flawless oral and written German skills
