If you start your training with us, you can be sure that you will work with highly motivated and experienced employees and benefit a lot from them. You will learn not only traditional approaches but also innovative techniques. And our basic performance-based salary system for trainees is unique in Switzerland. It consists of two components:
1. The base salary
2. The performance salary
The performance salary is determined each semester as follows:
1. Your average grade on your report card
(from 1 - 6, with 6 being the best grade) multiplied by factor 2 2. Your exercise course grade multiplied by factor 1 REPORT CARD
3. Your evaluation by our employees multiplied by factor 3 EXERCISE COURSE GRADE
