Job description
Your main tasks
Ensure responsibility for managing the resident's administrative file in accordance with procedures, notably (about 70% of the activity):
- Manage the admission waiting list
- Manage the registration files of future residents
- Conduct financial analysis and issue a notice regarding registration requests
- Ensure the proper and complete preparation of entry files according to legal sources, standards, regulations, directives, and best practices
- Prepare the entry of new residents
- Maintain and update residents' files
Manage the accounting of resident services (about 15% of the activity):
- Ensure billing to residents for all services provided according to current rules and within deadlines
- Ensure billing to health insurance funds within deadlines
- Control and payment of medical expense invoices and mutual insurance fees
- Follow up on reimbursements of medical expenses
- Prepare various tables for monthly and annual closings
Handle reception and telephone switchboard (about 15% of the activity):
- Manage the telephone switchboard and forward calls to the appropriate contacts
- Inform residents, families, and various organizations (SPC, SPAD, insurance, etc.)
- Participate in resident entry and exit processes according to current procedures
- Open daily mail
Profile sought
Commercial employee CFC or equivalent training
Excellent knowledge of computer tools
Spoken and written French language
At least 2 years of experience in a similar position
Knowledge of the Geneva health network desired
Organizational skills, initiative, flexibility, and discretion
Application modalities and address
Activity spread over 4 or 5 days per week and regularly on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays (4-hour shift rotation)
Salary: class 10, according to the Geneva State salary scale (FEGEMS Collective Agreement)
